care instructions.
Washing your cloth nappies is really simple and straightforward, not too messy either. Follow our simple steps to get these nappies back on your little one’s bums. Wash nappy before first use, and of course between uses.
Storing.
Remove any solids from reusable liners and/or nappies or remove disposable liners and put them in the bin.
Place nappies in your storage bucket or nappy pail bag until you are ready to wash.
For best care we advise pre wash with cold water within the first 1 to 2 days.
Washing.
Place your nappies in the washing machine
Run a cold rinse cycle.
Wash at 40°C to 60°C using non-bio powder as per washing guidelines on the pack (Do not use fabric conditioner).
We recommend washing your nappies at 40°C, to protect the longevity of the PUL and our planet.
Drying.
We recommend air drying, as it’s more environmentally friendly. However, you can tumble dry on low when necessary.
When hanging the nappies, hang from the insert or lay flat, to protect the life span of the elastics on the PUL. Do not dry directly on a radiator or indirect sunlight, as this can damage the PUL. Our nappies should not be ironed or bleached
Voila!
Your nappies are ready to stuff and reuse.
